Chickpea Flour Pizza

This pizza is a healthier alternative to traditional pizza as it is not only gluten-free but also provides a good amount of nutrients.

  • 1 cup of chickpea flour
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/4 tsp. of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. of dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. of dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. of garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. of onion powder
  • Toppings of your choice
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  • In a bowl, mix the chickpea flour, water, salt, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the crust is firm and slightly browned.
  • Add your desired toppings and bake for another 5-7 minutes until the toppings are heated through.
