Keto Garlic Butter Steak Bites
These steak bites are a delicious and satisfying keto-friendly meal that’s easy to make and packed with flavor. They’re also a great option for meal prep and can be enjoyed on their own or served with a side of roasted vegetables.

- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil until hot.
Add the steak bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked to your liking.
Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and dried thyme to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
Add the steak bites back to the skillet and toss to coat them in the garlic butter sauce.
Cook the steak bites for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until they are heated through and coated in the sauce.
