Keto Garlic Butter Steak Bites

These steak bites are a delicious and satisfying keto-friendly meal that’s easy to make and packed with flavor. They’re also a great option for meal prep and can be enjoyed on their own or served with a side of roasted vegetables.

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil until hot.

  2. Add the steak bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked to your liking.
