1 lb flank steak, sliced into thin strips
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tsp sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced steak to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
Add the broccoli, red bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet and stir fry for 5-7 minutes.
