Vietnamese Shrimp Spring Rolls

These spring rolls are fresh, flavorful, and a great option for those with gluten sensitivities or those who follow a gluten-free diet. They are often served with a dipping sauce made from fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, garlic, and chili peppers for added flavor.

  • Rice paper wrappers
  • Cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Rice noodles, cooked according to package directions
  • Carrots, thinly sliced
  • Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Bean sprouts
  • Cilantro
  • Mint leaves
  • Peanut sauce for dipping
  • Soak a rice paper wrapper in warm water for a few seconds until it softens.
  • Place the wrapper on a flat surface and add the cooked shrimp, rice noodles, carrots, cucumber, bean sprouts, cilantro, and mint leaves on top of the wrapper.
  • Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll it up tightly.
  • Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  • Serve the spring rolls with peanut sauce for dipping.
