Rice paper wrappers
Cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
Rice noodles, cooked according to package directions
Carrots, thinly sliced
Cucumber, thinly sliced
Bean sprouts
Cilantro
Mint leaves
Peanut sauce for dipping
Soak a rice paper wrapper in warm water for a few seconds until it softens.
Place the wrapper on a flat surface and add the cooked shrimp, rice noodles, carrots, cucumber, bean sprouts, cilantro, and mint leaves on top of the wrapper.
Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll it up tightly.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
